My personal message:

It's been 4 1/2 years since Sam underwent his 2nd open heart surgery. As most of you know, Sam was diagnosed in utero with Tetralogy of Fallot a serious heart defect which required two open heart surgeries when Sam was 9 and 18 months old. Sam's next surgery will occur when his pulmonary valve needs to be replaced, probably as a teenager. His cardiologist evaluates him annually. So far he is doing great!

Because of the wonderful care Sam has received at Children's we feel strongly about helping them raise the necessary funds to support their patient care, research, education and advocacy programs. Please join us in supporting them so they can continue to provide exceptional care to children in need.
