Some of you may know that we were the grateful receipients of a generous $5000 grant from Building Blocks for Kids last summer. The grant paid for a 3 week session of Intensive Suit Therapy.
The therapy is still in trial phases with hospitals and therapy organizations and this means insurance companies will not pay for services. Intensive Suit Therapy helps kids to gain control over their body thus allowing for more efficient use of the muscles.
Savannah worked very hard and made some very good gains.
Building Blocks for Kids is such a wonderful nonprofit foundation. We are honored to be a part of this fundraising effort to help Building Blocks for Kids help others.
