Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the 3rd Annual Aneurysm and AVM Awareness Walk that will be held at Crissy Field in San Francisco on Sunday, May 4, 2008.  I am walking in memory of my brother, Allan, who died of a brain aneurysm on April 29, 1996.  This year, I will be walking in Allan's memory with my brand new daughter Scarlett!   

I became involved with The Aneurysm and AVM Foundation in 2005 as a way to turn my family's loss into an effort that is helpful to others.  TAAF has used the monies that were raised at past Awareness Walks to fund research that will improve treatment of aneurysms and AVMs, host support groups for patients, and film a documentary, expected to be completed this fall, that will raise public awareness of the disease.
