Walk starts at 10:00 am

The walk is 1.5 miles ( 1 loop) or 2.6 miles ( 2 loops) (shorter distances also available) and will take place starting at Happy Valley Grade School.  Walk will continue through Happy Valley Park and back to the school.  

Happy Valley Park features wetlands. A boardwalk wanders through the wetlands allowing access to natures wonders. It will continue onto a paved walking pathway around the park.

Walking paths are flat.

Strollers are welcome! 

Lunch will be provided.

T-shirts for all registrants. Prizes will be given to the oldest walker, youngest walker, one who traveled the farthest, individual who raised the most money and the team that raised the most money. We will also have raffle tickets available for purchase for our great raffle baskets. So come and join in the fun with family and friends while raising awareness and funds for Scleroderma.

After all the walk activities are over with, you may want  to go back to the park on your own and enjoy what the park has to offer for your kids. Weather permitting, they can bring their swim suits and go in the splash pad at the park.
The splash pad has sixteen (16) water sprays in a variety of spray sequences. The splash pad, which has no standing water, is equipped with showers, streams and water sprays. Happy Valley Park also offers an abundance of other activities for children.
