First I just want to thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

Every year David and I do an event at Christmas to help give back to the community.  Whether it be a fundraiser, raffle, or an auction, all proceed's have gone toward helping single lower income families buy Christmas dinner, and toys for their children to open on Christmas morning.  I am incredibly thankful for being put in a position where I am able to actually HELP in these situations.  This year David and I have taken on a much greater event than we anticipated...We are working with FEED THE CHILDREN to feed 2,000 families in  area's that were badly affected by Hurricane Ike. FEED THE CHILDREN PRESIDENT, LARRY JONES, challanged me to find sponsors for 6 trucks at $7200.00 a piece (each truck is filled with food and personal hygeine product valued at over $40,000.00 a piece!) and if that goal is met, he will donate $150,000.00 worth of toys that will be given out in addition to the food.  This was an Awesome challange so I jumped at the oppertunity to accept this challange. Well....I had two sponsors bail on their commitment to sponsoring a truck, and now I am on a time crunch to raise money for this event to happen.

Ok, so here is where I ask for your help. 

I know that we are in a bad financial predicament with our economy right now, but if there is any way you can make a donation in any denomination, your donation will bring us that much closer to accomplishing this much needed event.
