Hi Everyone-

As you may or may not know I will be leaving on October 15th and will be gone for 4 months. In these very uncertain days it seems almost surreal to be leaving the country at this time.

But it heartens me to know I will be traveling with The Heart Touch Project helping to continue its global mission by working with  AIDS orphanages in Cambodia and the AIMS Hospital in India.Upon completing the outreach work I will be returning to Thailand in order to finish a documentary I began last year on the Burmese refugees.

Life has been so hectic this year I am sad to say I haven't had much quality time to spend with you.

I am hoping that you can make it to the Art Show we are having this Sunday -October 5, 2008 from 5-10 pm at TAG Gallery in Santa Monica -2903 Santa Monica Boulevard (x-street Yale).

(It will be my going away party as well.)

The catch is that the price is  $25 in advance $30 at the door but your donation can be applied towards any art that you purchase. We also have a gift shop this year with some very cool things that the volunteers brought back from Cambodia, India and Thailand on last year's trips that would make great holiday gifts.

It would be great to see you. I hope you can make it so we can see one another before I leave.
