Description: SCDAA/PDVC is a non-profit advocacy agency established in 1982 which provides resources and assistance to children, adolescents, adults and families affected by sickle cell disease and sickle cell trait. The services includes Case Management, Counseling, Advocacy, Career/Vocational Counseling, Transportation, Community Outreach and Education, Newborn Screening Follow-up and Support Groups. The agency provide these services to those affected with sickle cell disease in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.
