Thank you for visiting Sidney's Walk USA Fundraising page!  Sidney is asking you to join him in raising awareness of chronic kidney disease and the great need for organ donors.  In honor of the 60th anniversary of the National Kidney Foundation, Sidney's goal is to raise $60,000!  We know he can do it with your help!

We are asking all of our Facebook and Twitter friends to keep track of Sidney's virtual journey and forward his website and this page on to all of your friends, and ask them to forward it on to their friends, and let's keep it going!  Our goal is to reach as many of our "network" friends as possible, to let them know everything they need to know about kidney disease and organ donation.

If we reach 60,000 people and they each donate just $1 - we will reach our goal!  It only takes a few minutes to forward the page on to everyone, ask them to make a small donation and let's keep Sidney moving across our Friends lists!

Funds raised are used for patient assistance free kidney screenings and risk assessments for uninsured or underinsured individuals, patient education and advocacy, professional education and so much more!
