The Adaptive Adventure Sports Coalition’s (TAASC) 11th Annual Ski-A-Thon is on February 6th, 2010 at Snow Trails.
At last years event, the friends of TAASC helped raise over $17000. TAASC -a local chapter of DS/USA is a non-profit organization established in Ohio in 1997. The mission of TAASC is to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities (physical and developmental) by providing sports and recreational activities, and to offer opportunities for empowerment through education, leadership, and training, in collaboration with community-based organizations. Our programs include snow skiing, water skiing, kayaking, ice-skating, sled hockey and sailing.

The Ski-A-Thon is one of our primary fundraisers and permits this 100% volunteer lead organization to purchase equipment and conduct programs for our participants. Please mark your calendar for February 6th!
