Special Olympics Colorado provides year-round sports training and competition, in 22 Olympic-type sports for over 8,500 children and adults with intellectual disabilities throughout Colorado. All services provided by Special Olympics Colorado are made available free of charge to the athletes and their families. The opportunity for our athletes to develop fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and to participate with family and friends is made possible by the generous support volunteers and donors across the state.
