Officer Derek Payton of the Kearney Police Department will live on top of the Kearney Walmart for 48 hours to raise money for Special Olympics Nebraska.  Law Enforcement volunteers, Special Olympics athletes and community members will be on the ground at the entrances of Walmart to collect donations for Office Payton.
