Plungers and Non-Plunging Participants (folks who raise funds but do not jump into the water) agree to collect a minimum of $350 in donations to support SONH and their plunge into the icy Atlantic Ocean.  The event is truly a celebration of winter in New Hampshire with live music, food, a costume parade and awards.

The proceeds of the Penguin Plunge support 2,353 athletes participating in 21 year round sports.
