The Sixth Annual
Cops on Doughnut Shops
for
Special Olympics Oklahoma
Law Enforcement agencies across Oklahoma will be on an old fashioned stake-out at the Krispy-Kreme Doughnut stores in Oklahoma City and Tulsa September 5-7. Flashing lights, squad cars and officers pleading will be a part of an elaborate scheme to draw attention to a good cause...the 6th annual "Cops on Doughnut Shops" fundraiser for Special Olympics Oklahoma. Last year's event made some serious "dough" raising more than $27,000. With more than 18 agencies represented, Torch Run volunteers took donations, greeted customers and thanked community members for their support.
