My personal message:

 

This year we have a group of twelve runners and several volunteers that will be making the long 197 mile journey from Mt. Hood to the Oregon coast.  This is a team relay with each runner running three legs that vary in distance and difficulty.  We have runners from all over the valley and we all appreciate your donation to the Special Olympics. 100 percent of all the money we raise will go directly to helping fund the Special Olympics program. These special athletes have a wonderful bond with law enforcement which is why we work so hard to raise this money. This money will make it  so they can keep participating in their events throughout the year. Thank you so much for your donation and please tell all your friends and family about this great event.
