Spectrum has 40 years of experience providing housing and support to homeless, foster, and at-risk youth in Vermont. We empower clients to make and sustain positive changes in their lives through a wide range of support services: an emergency shelter, transitional living program, substance abuse and mental health counseling, educational and employment resources, domestic abuse prevention, and a mentoring program.
