As a staff, we understand the impact Big Brothers and Big Sisters have on the lives of young people.  We can give you numbers and statistics - but they don't mean as much as the growth we've seen in kids.  We've seen kids with little interest in school become better, more involved students.  We've watched kids become more confident in their abilities.  But mostly, we've watched kids develop solid relationships with their Bigs.  The Littles have a friend to turn to and a role model to look up to .  We know Mentoring works.
