Team Standing Tall is once again running in the New York City Marathon.  We are a team of 30 running to raise awareness and financial support for a unique school for children with multiple disabilities called Standing Tall. 

Standing Tall is unlike any other school in New York.

Every morning, the kids get out of their wheelchairs – even though none of them can walk.

They tell us what they think, even though none of them can speak.

They can’t manipulate pens or pencils, but they do math, science and language.

They can’t sing or dance, but they put on plays and musicals.

They can do all this because of teachers who believe these kids can accomplish more than anyone thought possible.

And because of this belief, they do.
