My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my 2009 New York City Marathon fundraising page!   I ran my first marathon in May 2009 (Vermont) and now I am honored to be running the 2009 NY City Marathon.  I am very excited to be raising money for The Boomer Esiason Foundation which is committed to enhancing the quality of life for those with Cystic Fibrosis (CF).

My brother has CF, which is a fatal genetic disorder that affects the lungs and digestive system.  Although cystic fibrosis is not yet curable, the good news is that much progress has been made fighting the disease. By supporting the Boomer Esiason Foundation, please know that you will be providing those with CF the opportunity to receive more advanced treatment and hopefully, someday, a cure.

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.

Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too.

Thanks again !
Steve
