Stewart's Caring Place: Cancer Wellness Center


Located on the corner of Miller Road and West Market Street in Fairlawn, Ohio, Stewart’s Caring Place: Cancer Wellness Center provides support services, free-of-charge, to individuals and families touched by cancer in Summit, Medina, Stark, Portage, and Wayne counties. Stewart’s enhances the quality of life for those living with cancer by offering a wide range of programs and services in a caring environment of healing and support. Programs and services include workshops, a resource center, massage therapy, community referrals, yoga, counseling, support groups, attorney consults, children’s programs, wigs, and more. Stewart’s opened its doors in 2004 and is named in memory of Dr. Stewart Surloff who lost his battle with cancer in 2001.
