**WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THEIR GENEROSITY AS WE CONTINUE TO SURPASS OUR FUNDRAISING GOALS! HELP US CONTINUE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!**
In support of my brother Cpl. Luigi Marciante Jr. who had recently been
deployed, last year Team Pay It Forward became part of a larger family
walking with hundreds of individuals to support our troops and veterans. I
am proud to say that we raised over $2,000.00 for the
Freedom Team of Wounded & Disabled Veterans.
Sadly, Louie lost his life on September 20, 2007 in Muqdadiyah, Iraq.
Both my family and I can think of no greater way to honor Louie then to
continue our support of the Achilles Track Club and raise awareness for
wounded and disabled veterans. This year we will join our extended
family again and we hope that we can count on your support to raise our
goal of $10,000.00.
In memory of Louie, we find it only appropriate to change our team’s
name to “S.O.S. - Support Our Soldiers” in honor of fallen and
wounded veterans. With your support, we will cross the finish line with
Louie and his comrades watching over us.
