When a soldier is wounded and the family doesn't have the resources to get to their bedside, who does a commander go to for help? When the soldier has made the ultimate sacrifice and the family needs help getting key family members together, who do they call? The Task Force Dagger Foundation is committed to helping families reach their loved ones to share the burdens of wounds and injuries as well as attending a funeral or memorial. The Task Force Dagger Foundation is committed to helping USASOC families in their time of need.

The Task Force Dagger Foundation is there for the soldiers and families of the US Army Special Operations Command. These soldiers live in the shadows and risk their lives both in and out of wartime. The security of the United States is always being guarded by these soldiers.

The Task Force Dagger Foundation assists Army Special Operations Soldiers in the following ways:

     1. Wounded or injured. This means that we will support the transportation of familiy members to their bedside and assist the soldier and their families in needs that are validated and verirified by their Chain of Command and / or the US Special Operations Command Care Coalition.

     2. Assistance with unexpected funeral costs not covered. We will assist as requested to help defray the costs during a funeral or memorial.

     3. Recreational Therapy Activities: activities that foster a sense of well-being, offer encouragement, and assists the service member’s recovery from wounds or injuries sustained in the line of duty.
