Hi everyone!

Well we're gearing up for another Team Alpha-1 ride on Cape Cod.

This year Spencer, Mykayla, and I are planning on participating in the 3-day trek.  Traci and Devinne may be joing us as well.  And Kathy and Logan are on the fence about coming with us too!

I am looking forward to taking my preferred place in last and especially looking forward to Spencer's help riding alongside alphas and ensuring I end up in last place again this year.

I have not been able to train as much as I would like this time around but I'm up to the challenge of being sweep for Team Alpha-1.

Please find a way to participate in this Alpha event, especially if you're an Alpha.  Yes, we're raising money for the cause of finding a cure.  From my perspective, however, this event is very much about supporting and encouraging you in your life with the disease.

We're looking forward to meeting and getting to know as many of you as possible on the Cape...so come on down!
