It is that time of year again...The 3rd Annual Walk for Lupus Now will be on October 25, 2008 at the Kiwanis Park in Tempe, AZ. I would love to have you join my team as we walk to support Lupus. With the help of people like you we can continue to raise money to find a cure for this dibilitating disease that affects so many of us. As most of you know I was diagnosed in 1990 when I was only 14 years old. I have had chemotherapy and have been on prednisone multiple times. I have only 40% kidney function, but am pleased to say that I am in remission. I am so thankful to my family, friends and doctors for all their support during those difficult years. It is time we find a cure for Lupus and end the everyday suffering that is caused by this disease.
