My personal message:
I have spent 3 months living and working in Africa and it has really captured my heart.  The people are wonderful, the countryside is gorgeous.   Much of what I saw has great value and just needs a little boost to become a thriving community.  World Vision is a great way to provide that boost. 

I am dedicating my first marathon to all of the friends I made in South Africa and Ghana.  Please support me in this journey.  You can follow my running at my website: Team Cross Runs. I have also been sharing weekly about some of my experiences.
