Team P was founded in 2005 as a way to honor and support our mom, Pat (Moore) Rooney, while aiding in the hopes of finding a cure for Scleroderma. Pat lives with Scleroderma each and every day, yet her amazing, positive attitude never falters. She is truly an inspiration to us all! Please support us as we walk...
