It's time to put your best paw forward and join us for the 2012 Chicago Walk for Animals!

On Sunday, August, 26th animal lovers from across Chicago will be convening for a 2-mile walkathon to raise money for The Humane League's life-saving work for animals. The event begins at 9:30am, and step-off time for the walk is 10:00. We will meet in Grove 13 of Lincoln Park, located near the intersection of Lake Shore Drive West and Barry Avenue.

Our Summer Festival for Animals after the walk will feature snacks, prizes, refreshments and opportunities to win fantastic raffle items! And for all those who raise $100 or more, you will also get a FREE tshirt!

Each year The Humane League rescues and rehomes hundreds of animals from situations of abuse and abandonment, and now you can help to save the lives of hundreds of animals in need! Please join us for a day of fun, fur, and fundraising!
