Thrive DC is an independent, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works to prevent and end homelessness by providing vulnerable individuals with a comprehensive range of services to help stabilize their lives. Thrive DC provides the last available safety net for people facing economic crisis and housing instability while also providing the first step towards independence for people experiencing extended periods of homelessness.

Make your volunteer experience count by taking the extra step to have your friends and family support our work!  

Raise $100 and receive a Thrive DC t-shirt in the mail!  That's just 10 friends and family members donating $10 to you and Thrive DC.

What will $100 do?

• $100 provides a meal to a woman and her child for a month.
• $100 provides bus tokens for 66 clients to get to hypothermia shelters during the winter, keeping them safe and warm.
• $100 provides transportation for a client to get to work for 2 months.
