You are the people that we most admire,
  The type of people that we would like to be.

You are our heroes, unselfish and pure
  And because of all of you, we are here today

Touching people’s lives as you have touched ours
  You bring hope, love, and support in our
  darkest hours.

Today we come together, though soon we must part
  A little piece of you remains in our hearts.

Held with so much emotion it is hard to express
  Our life long gratitude for all that you have done
