Hello Fellow Bikers!

Since I've organized this ride in various sizes over the last few years, I decided that we should not only have a great ride and a wonderful time, but we should take note of the conditions in the world.  I realize that today's economy makes it difficult to even make ends meet, but we are richer than more than half of the earth's population.  This year, I'm partnering with Team World Vision to support World Vision and asking those of you that can to chip in a little something.

As we ride around Mt. Rainier and are able to marvel at the world we live in, please remember that simply having food to eat puts you in a better position than millions of people around the world.  World Vision is an organization that if focused on helping those who can't help themselves - both here and abroad. World Vision works to tackle the root causes of poverty by working with children, families, and their communities to provide things like clean water, health care, nutritious food, education, and economic opportunities.

You can help support World Vision's efforts by making a one-time tax-deductible donation. All of the funds collected go directly to World Vision!  There is no requirement for you to give - just come and enjoy the ride.  But if you CAN give, please consider sharing some of what we've been blessed with.  There is no minimum amount requested - and no maximum amount rejected! :-)  Please give what and if you are able.
