On April 26, 2008, I will Take a Two-Mile High Stand Against Sexual Assault®. At dozens of sky dive facilities (“drop zones”) across the country, thousands will take to the sky and jump. It's all part of Operation Freefall, the boldest, highest-altitude and most daring event organized to put an end to sexual assault.
By raising funds for Speaking Out About Rape, Inc. (SOAR®) and local anti-sexual violence organizations across the country Operation Freefall will help:
Extend efforts to provide prevention, recovery, and prosecution information to tens of millions of people, including your community, each year.
Expand SOAR’s programs to educate lawmakers, police officers, students and the media about sexual assault.
Enhance programs to empower victims of sexual violence.
Enhance local services for survivors of sexual violence.
As a victim of sexual assault myself, I strive to stop the epidemic of sexual violence. Please join me in my fight against sexual violence by making a tax deductible donation for this jump.
The funds raised this year will go towards the local crisis center, The Victims Voice. Lets make it an awesome year! Together we can change lives, one victim at a time!
