I am an animal lover and believe that they should all be treated kindly. We've got 2 boxers (one that we adopted from a family that did not have enough time to devote to her) that we adore. The ASPCA needs funds to help treat dogs who were abandoned or abused. Every dollar donated makes a difference. Here are a few sample items donations buy:

$20 will feed an abandoned dog or cat for 3 weeks. You will fill the belly of a lost animal brought in off the streets.

$35 will vaccinate 10 homeless dogs or cats. You will help to save lives and spare animals the fate of terrible diseases.

$50 will provide a medical exam to one puppy and one kitten. This will help them get immediate care when they are taken to a shelter.

$100 will spay or neuter a dog or cat. Help to keep the pet population down!
