Thank you for visiting my RSD(S)-CRPS Advisory fundraising page! I beg you to consider donating to my chosen charity- RSDSA. You will truly be making a difference in the efforts to fund ongoing medical research, promote awareness, provide resources and education, materials, medical trials, and assistance to those in need of help and support.
Reflex sympathetic (REE-flecks SIM-pah-theh-tick) dystrophy syndrome, or RSDS for short, involves a disturbance in the sympathetic nervous system which is the network of nerves located alongside the spinal cord and controls certain bodily functions, such as opening and closing blood vessels or sweat glands. The prognosis for CRPS varies from person to person. Spontaneous remission from symptoms occurs in certain individuals. Others can have unremitting pain and crippling, irreversible changes in spite of treatment. RSD/CRPS is a neurological (rather than psychological) disorder, and is likely to be a disorder of the central (in addition to the peripheral) nervous system. To date there is still no cure for RSD(S)/CRPS.
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts which may benefit each of us now and in the future who struggle to survive this debilitating disease.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too! Together we can make a difference.
Best of wishes to you
Sincerely, ~Twinkle VanFleet www.CRPSAdvisory.com
