My personal message:
Mashambanzou has a goal targeted at empowering the people with the necessary skills and knowledge to deal effectively with the AIDS pandemic through education and health support.

We, the International Business Student Association (IBSA) of University of Wisconsin- Madison have been showing consistent support towards Mashambanzou over the past 3 years. We aim to raise awareness of Mashambanzou not only among the students of the University of Wisconsin but also to our close family members and friends.

IBSA has explored many ways to raise funds on-campus, and this year we want to increase the magnitude of our commitment by expanding our reach beyond campus. Please give us your support. You are not doing us a favor. You are making a difference to the children orphaned by AIDS in Africa. Mashambanzou works on a tight budget of only $180,000 annually--- about $12 per person served. Your support will keep them going and sustain them from year to year.

The children need your help to get proper treatment and education. Education will broaden their horizons and equip them with the necessary skills to eke out a living by themselves. Otherwise, these children continue in a vicious cycle of poverty and illiteracy, and they will be especially vulnerable to recruitment by the forces of prostitution, drugs and violence.

At the cost of about $30 per child per year, Mashambanzou Care Trust,
- Pays for their school education (tuition, uniform, shoes, books)
- Supplements them with food so they have the strength to study
- Counsels them through their mourning.
