Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

I'm doing this walk for Hospice of SE Connecticut, on May 10th the day before Mother's Day.  I'm walking in memory of my mom, Joye Ford.  She passed away on April 1, 2005 at the age of 52 of ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis- or Lou Gehrig's). 

Hospice of SE Connecticut was phenomenal in their care of her and for her in her last days.  With their help, she was able to pass with dignity in her own home.  If you know anyone who has needed Hospice services anywhere in the country, you know their incredible reputation. 

Please, give what you can.  Every little bit will help.  Thank you SO much!!!
