Variety - The Children's Charity 6th Annual AWARE Walk was a huge success!! Thank YOU!

Participate in our Virtual Walk for the rest of April and support the Autism Initiative at Variety - The Children's Charity!!  

Hundreds of families from the Greater Philadelphia Area walked for Awareness, Resources, and Education at the Plymouth Meeting Mall on Sunday, April 15th, 2012.

Several autism-related organizations participated in an amazing resource fair; while children-friendly activities such as face-painting, arts & crafts, and moon bounces made it a wonderful time for all! Monies raised at the Walk will go to the development of a state of the art Multi-Sensory Environment at Variety Club Camp and Developmental Center!

Over the last 6 years, Variety’s Autism Resource Center has helped thousands of parents connect to resources!  The center provides quality social skills groups and has established Variety's Autism Amabassadors in schools accross region. Variety provids thousands of children with autism opportunities to participate in special recreational events like Sensory Friendly Autism Day's at Sesame Place, Adventure Aquarium and Please Touch Museum.

We need your support to continue our expansion! April is Autism Awareness Month so we ask you to please consider giving your heart to children with autism by participating by donating to our 6th Annual AWARE Walk till the end of April.
