Vermont CARES provides services to just over 165 Vermonters living with HIV/AIDS and provides over 5,000 individuals each year with HIV prevention education, skills-building and materials. From offices in Burlington, Montpelier, St. Johnsbury and Rutland Vermont CARES serves most of Vermont, including the most densely-populated and the most rural regions.
