Form 990 Purpose: TO ENHANCE THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DOWN SYNDROME BY HELPING THEM REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL BY PROVIDING FAMILY SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.
