Thank you for visiting our Family's Food Allergy Awareness & Fundraising Page. Anyone who knows us, understands the food allergy lifestyle we live. We want to say thank you to everyone who helps keep our environment safe and we would like to ask for your help in spreading the message about food allergies.
Each classmate, playgroup friend, soccer teamate, and family who understands how to keep food contamination away from a food allergic child is protecting a life! So please pass our message along, and when you get the note from school that seems routine..... there is a student in your child's class with an allergy to ________- don't discard it. Teach your kids how to keep that food out of the classroom, off the playground, and how to look out for their friend.
Donations are also being accepted through this site. It's simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to our fundraising efforts which go to researching a cure for food allergies. Please help us spread our message and raise funds by forwarding this to all the people you know, who may care about keeping kids safe.
We were a bit shy, but had fun on channel 8's morning news. We sure appreciated the quick oppourunity to get people thinking about food allergies. The Union Tribune did a nice job for us, and you can find the article at : http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/northcounty/20060903-9999-m1m03tfsm.html
And here is the link for the Saturday Sept 9th article: http://www.northcountytimes.com/articles/2006/09/09/news/inland/22_09_519_8_06.txt
Thanks for all your support- we've reached our goal but it's not too late to lend a hand, we're still going!
