Walk for the Animals is the Humane Society of Broward County's largest annual fundraiser. Over the last 20 years, it has raised millions of dollars that have directly helped homeless and helpless animals in our community find new and loving forever homes.

Every year nearly 9,000 animals in our care are adopted out into new and loving forever homes. Thanks to generous people like you who share our passion for animals, the Humane Society of Broward County is also able to provide a variety of educational programs and assistance for our community and beyond.
The Humane Society of Broward County is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization relies on the generosity of our community and companies to fund our operations and programs budget. We do not get funding from the government, United Way or any other national or local organizations with similar names.
