Our personal message:

Lori and I were delighted to celebrate our wedding in Bakersfield with all our family and friends!  We want to make sure that everyone in Bakersfield, in California, and in this country has the right to marry the one they love, and so we are asking folks to forgo the usual wedding gift bit and make a donation to the cause of Marriage Equality!
