The Winter Park Playhouse is Winter Park's only professional theatre, and one of the few Central Florida theatre's committed to preserving the art of live musical theatre.   Our mission is to produce professional theatre, specializing in musicals and cabarets with live instrumentation, which will entertain, inspire, and lift the human spirit. As a professional theatre company, it is our responsibility to maintain the highest artistic integrity while presenting affordable, uniquely diverse productions that create a meaningful theatre experience for all residents and visitors. The Playhouse is proudly associated with Actor's Equity Association, the professional union for actor's and stage managers. 

Due to the intimate nature of the Playhouse (73 seats), our pledge to maintain affordable ticket prices, and the high costs associated with producing musicals, ticket sales can only make up 50-60% of our annual budget. The Winter Park Playhouse must rely on you, our loyal supporters, to help us make up the difference.
