**UPDATE**  Wow!!!  Thank you to everyone who has donated, we quickly raised the $500 needed to get her surgery started (needed to put down at least that) so we called the vet and when he heard about how severe it was they were able to squeeze her into today's surgery schedule!!  She should be getting it done later today, probably by late afternoon early evening, since we think she already ate this morning.  While she was there getting checked over they found a few more issues (wounds) and a skin infection that needs treatment, so her current estimate for vetting is getting to about $1000. 

Also, we are desperately trying to find a foster home for her so she has a nice place to go and recover when her surgery is done....can you open up your heart and home to a wrinkle face???

Meesha is on her last days at the county shelter.  Shar Pei are prone to have a condition called entropion where the eye lashes grow inward toward the eye and scratch the cornea, causing severe pain and vision problems. It's a straight forward corrective surgery to help them see better and for pain relief, so we wanted to give Meesha that opportunity to have a second chance at a better life, pain free!!
