The Holidays are upon us and if you are considering an end of year donation please read Blossom's story and help us make a difference in the lives of cats just like her.

Blossom was found next to a busy road when she was barely four weeks old. She was huddled next to her mother who had just been hit by a car. A good Samaritan saw there was nothing she could do for the mother cat but she scooped up the kitten and left her with the next good Sams in line- the staff at Pet Supplies Plus in Austin, Tx. who in turned called Shadow Cats. 

At Shadow Cats she received the veterinary care she desperately needed. Ultimately her eye was removed (she doesnt miss it now-six months later,-she is all high energy kitten!!) she was treated for several other issues and in the end she was adopted by a loving couple who treat her like the Queen Bee she was meant to be! 

Her life truly is blessed now and her path is very different that what she was born to- all made possible by caring people like you.

At Shadow Cats, we make differences like this every day for the cats that cross our path but in this economic downturn we need your help now more than ever.  Help us to continue to be able to respond to cats like Blossom and make a difference for cats truly in need.
