Our teens are the future leaders of this community – and our work is in ensuring that they are prepared, not just academically, but with confidence, leadership and civic responsibility. In 2011, 100% of Wyman teens achieved grade level advancement and graduated high school on time. Beyond graduation, 96% of teens in Wyman’s Teen Leadership Program enrolled in college after high school, compared to 54% of their peers nationwide! Our young people can beat the odds – and your support will enable a new class of young people to succeed.
Our vision over the next two years is to expand our reach in St. Louis from 1,900 to more than 5,000 teens from disadvantaged circumstances in the St. Louis community – and we need your help. This is the moment when, with your support, they are most likely to break the cycle of poverty and realize their potential. In this moment, we are here. And in this moment, we want you to be here with us.
