Please join us at the Walk for Epilepsy & Encephalitis on Saturday, May 3rd at Delco Park in Kettering, Ohio. Registration is at 9:30 a.m. and the Walk starts at 10:30 a.m. Following the Walk will be our annual picnic. Please bring a dish to share for 10 people. Hotdogs will be provided. The Walk for Epilepsy & Encephalitis is being held to bring awareness to our community about seizures and one of the causes of seizures, and to raise important funding to support services and programs.
EFWO is a 501 (C) (3) nonprofit voluntary health organization that provides community education, support, emergency prescription assistance, educational groups, and advocacy for people with seizure disorders and their families. We serve the residents and communities of 11 western Ohio counties including Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble and Shelby.
