Hello and thank you for visiting my fund-raising web page. I'd really appreciate your support on behalf of innocent children everywhere.

It is estimated that two million children are enslaved in the global commercial sex trade. Many of these children are either sold into prostitution to pay off family debts or forcibly recruited on the street to work in brothels, where they are required to have sex with as many as 30 men each day. Some prostituted children are just 5 years old.

These are children who wake up each day to face a world of terror and uncertainty, a world where seemingly, all hope is lost. But hope can be restored, if people simply cared enough to try.

My fundraising goal is for $6000. World vision will use this money to help exploited children find hope and new life through recovery centers which offer resources like safe shelter, food, health care and trauma recovery assistance for girls and boys who have faced abuse. This money will also help to advocate for the protection of these children at both the local and international level and by partnering with law enforcement efforts worldwide, we will be supporting the prevention and punishment of child exploitation.

We must realize that the greatest untapped potential for change isn’t simply in organizations, but in the individual choices that people make every day.
Giving time is more important than just giving money. Personal commitment matters more than corporate involvement. And action, as always, counts for more than mere words. What we think, what we say, and what we do, creates a cause and effect reaction that ripples out forever. I want to send out a ripple of hope for these innocent children...but I need your help.
