Welcome to our FIRST ever Team RMHC #StepsforRMHC Challenge! We know that running a marathon or half marathon can be intimidating for some. So we thought we'd create a new program for those just looking to get started on their fitness goals.
Here's how you get started:
1. Select a length of time to complete the Step Challenge (Any number of months from Dec-April)
2. Select your daily step goal (Suggested 6,000-10,000 steps a day)
3. Ask your friends, family, co-workers, etc. to make pledges to help our RMHC families as you achieve your daily goal
4. Receive all the same awesome swag and incentive prizes for reaching Team RMHC fundraising goals!
