2012 Wrigley Start Early Run and Walk

Thanks for your interest in the National Runaway Switchboard’s (NRS) Running for Runaways team and the 2012 Wrigley Start Early Run and Walk!

This event helps support the NRS’ mission to keep runaway, homeless, and at-risk youth safe and off the streets.  The Wrigley Start Early Run and Walk, which is organized by Prevent Child Abuse America and Voices for Illinois Children, benefits non-profit organizations serving children and families.  This event offers two opportunities to support NRS:

1.  Join our Running for Runaways team and participate in the Wrigley Start Early Run and Walk to raise funds for NRS.

To join the team, simply go to the NRS website and register for the event.  Once you’ve registered, we’ll send you a follow-up e-mail with step-by-step instructions on how you can get started with fundraising.

2.  Make a pledge in support of one of our Running for Runaways team members.

If you would like to support a particular team member, just click the “Fundraisers” tab in the blue bar above, then click on the name of the person you’d like to support.  You’ll then go directly to his or her personal fundraising page, where you can make a donation and leave a message of support.

Thanks for supporting the National Runaway Switchboard!
