M.A.S.H. … Make a Strike Help!!
Thanks for bowling in the 2017 Fifth Third Bank Bowl for Kids’ sake!
This event is going to be so much fun, and it is critical to FHN’s Big Brothers Big Sisters program which currently has 36 kids on the waiting list for mentors. Check out our video!!
Mark your calendars:
April 20th AND 27th – Freeport
April 18th - Stockton
Call Foundation at 815-599-6900 to reserve your lane.
Registration at 5:30 p.m. We BOWL at 6 p.m.
What can you do?
Form a team! Teams of 6 are needed in Freeport while teams of 5 in Stockton. We’ve asked each bowler to raise at least $50, but your fundraising success over and above that would have a huge impact on the kids served by FHN’s Big Brothers Big Sisters program. Thank you for your consideration.
We would love for you to set up a fundraising page. We will help using FirstGiving.com
What would help you to be successful?
We wanted to share some tips with you. We have found that posting a link to your page on FaceBook, Twitter, or Instagram have gotten only marginal results, but we have found that putting your page link in a simple and personal email increases the response rate from family members, friends, and former classmates to over 60%. While we can’t send solicitation emails to staff and providers here at FHN, we’d like to encourage you to try the personal email approach with family, friends, classmates, etc.
What else should you know?
By the way, if you raise over $100 you will receive a T-Shirt at the event!
Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to support you as you and your team prepare for an extraordinary evening of crazy fun and a great cause.
Thanks you for all your support of the young people in our community!
