The Bank of America Chicago Marathon is where it began for TEAM Oasis. Once again, this will be one of our featured races for 2014.
Registration for the 2014 Bank of America Chicago Marathon will be conducted through a system of guaranteed entries and non-guaranteed lottery selected entries. The fee to register is USD $185 for U.S. residents or USD $210 for those residing outside of the U.S. The field will be capped at a maximum of 45,000 participants.
Interested participants will be able to 1) register with a guaranteed entry; or 2) enter the non-guaranteed entry lottery, at any time from Wednesday, March 5, at 12 p.m., to Monday, April 7, at 12 p.m. U.S. Central Time. Lottery entrants will be notified of their selection status on Monday, April 14.
TEAM Oasis has once again applied for official charity status and is hopeful that we will be accepted and awarded close to 50 guaranteed entries. In order to apply for one of those entries, please complete the TEAM Oasis registration form by clicking on JOIN NOW above. You will be notified before the lottery opens if you have a guaranteed spot with TEAM Oasis.
Please note that the Bank of America Chicago Marathon requires that every charity runner raise a minimum of $1,000 ($1,500 if runner registers AFTER April 7th). Though TEAM Oasis has never had a minimum individual fundraising goal, we will be required to uphold the $1,000 or $1,500 fundraising minimum per runner for this race.
If the number of applicants for TEAM Oasis at the Chicago Marathon exceeds 50 people, we will do everything in our power to use our charity status to get the remainder of our runners into the race or another comparable marathon.
